The winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 6 and all-around bitch, Bianca Del Rio graces the rabble of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for the first time to spread her negativity to the masses in her sold-out show – Bianca Del Rio: Unsanitized.
After two years stuck at home, the self-proclaimed ‘Clown in a Gown’ has a lot to say, and she’s not holding back! Whilst taking us along for the ride of finding her ‘new normality’ in the wake of the pandemic, Bianca trash talks Covid culture, discusses the debacles of the Drag world and is even kind enough to answer some of your very own questions. If you’re not here for a scathing personal critique with a side of comedy, then the front row is not for you – nothing and no one is off limits. She’s also kind enough not to leave anybody out – as Bianca works the crowd like the vintage seasoned stand-up pro that she is, she makes sure to insult everybody in the room (and everybody who isn’t) whilst maintaining both a gasp and a laugh a minute.
Bianca knows there are 52,000 shows to see at the festival, and she’s appreciative that you gave your money to her, but make no mistake, she will not hold back – you asked for this, and she does not care. Just wait for page 8… Taking aim at a plethora of topics firmly on the table include Drag Race alumni, ‘your journey’, Ellen DeGeneres, and lots of people dying. But she is a good person (or so she keeps telling us). It’s an hour that’s filthy, funny, uncouth, and well, Unsanitized.
If you want a pick me up from a put-down, this is the one to watch – Today, Satan.

‘Today Satan’
